What data to we collect?
Our company collects the following data:

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide AI Software, Inc. with the data we collect. We collect and process data when you:
- Register online and enter into the Study’s webpages for the Study’s instructional video on how to self-inject the Study Drug, including via a firewall that collects IP addresses for security purposes
- Use or view the website via your browser’s cookies.
In collecting this data, AI Software, Inc. considers network and information security as overriding legitimate interest that permits the collection of this data per Recital 49 of GDPR:

How will we use your data?
AI Software, Inc. collects your data so we can:
- Manage your account, manage and maintain the Study’s self-injection video
- For security purposes for the website
How do we store your data?
We do not store data other than the IP addresses collected for security purposes. IP addresses are stored by Wordfence, a third-party plugin and Data Processor whose servers are based in Seattle, Washington. Wordfence’s GDPR compliant security and privacy policies can be found here: https://wordfence.com/help/general-data-protection-regulation/. Wordfence will retain this data for 90 days, and after that time, Wordfence we will delete your data. Wordfence’s Data Protection Agreement (DPA) can be found here: https://www.wordfence.com/gdpr/dpa.pdf. If you would like to request data deletion prior to the 90 days, please email support@aisoftware.us and we will ask Wordfence to delete your data per Section 6.1 of the DPA:
6.1. Deletion During Term. Processor will enable Customer and/or End Users to delete Customer Data during the Term in a manner consistent with the functionality of the services. Processor will comply with the instruction to delete data as soon as reasonably practicable, unless EU or EU Member State law requires storage.
What are your data protection rights?
Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Our Company erase your personal data, under certain conditions. If so, we may need to contact the clinical research organisation Medpace for this request as the Sponsor needs to have information that shows that you had access to the Study’s webpages and you accessed the webpages when necessary for the purpose of the study.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Our Company restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Our Company’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. If so, and you choose to object to the continues processing, you may not be able to continue having access to the Study’s webpages and you will need to speak with the Study Doctor about alternative instructions on how to self-inject your Study Drug.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions. If so, you will lose access to the Study’s webpages and you will need to speak with the Study Doctor about alternative instructions on how to self-inject your Study Drug.
